How do I delete my momofind account?

We're sorry to see you go! In this article, we'd assist you on the Account Deletion process.

Deactivating your account means:

     The email address or mobile can no longer be used to log in.

     You will not have access to your customer profile, including your photos, reviews, comments or any other information you may have submitted via the Momofind app.

     Returns and refunds cannot be processed for orders on this account.

Before you submit an "Account Deletion Request" please note that request will be rejected if you have an active/outstanding order. Please re-attempt only after you have received or cancelled the order and we will be able to assist further with your request.

Login to your momofind account, go to 'My Profile' > 'Personal Information' select 'Account Deletion' > Input 'Security Verification Code' > and you would be able to see the Account Deletion option.

You will see a success message when the account is deleted successfully!

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will no longer be able to log in to your account after the deactivation is completed.

Momofind reserves the right to reject future account creation requests from you.
